The St. Paul athletic program invites students to participate alongside their peers in many athletic offerings. Within their teams they foster values of unity and loyalty. Baseline Concussion Testing Dates
All freshmen and incoming transfers must take a Baseline Concussion Test (the baseline test also gets updated during the student’s junior year).
Dates to take this test before Fall sports begin listed below - no sign up necessary!

St. Paul Athletic Travel Release Form
The St. Paul Athletic Department requires that all athletes travel to and from all athletic contests on the team bus. However, we do realize there maybe family emergencies and situations when an exception might need to be made. In this case, this permission form must be completed and handed into the coach AND athletic director at least 24 hours in advance of the game.
