Applications for Transfer students are being accepted now.

St. Paul Catholic High School admits students to the school on the basis of their academic potential, preparation, and achievement. Students are expected to possess intellectual curiosity, motivation, and maturity to profit from a stimulating and intellectual environment. Additionally, students are expected to exhibit acceptable standards of behavior.

Application Process

Prospective transfer students looking to apply for admission to St. Paul Catholic High School, should follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

To apply for NEXT SCHOOL YEAR, fill out the online application form below.

Online application for 2025-2026 Admission

Please note when applying for the 2025/2026 school year, there is a $22 application fee assessed by FACTS for each application submitted to St. Paul Catholic High School.

Step 2: Submit Your Admissions Application Package

Submit a completed Admissions Application Package to St. Paul which includes the following:

  1. Authorization for Release of Student Info
  2. Guidance Information Form
  3. Recommendation Forms:  English, Mathematics
  4. Copies of current and previous grade report cards.
  5. A copy of SBAC or NWEA Map testing scores.

Step 3: Placement Exam

For those students who are transferring into the 9th or 10th grades, please register to take the Placement Exam.

Step 4: Personal Interview

Transfer students are required to have a personal interview. To schedule this interview please contact the Admissions Office.
