The St. Paul Catholic High School Kulhowvick Scholarship

One or more scholarships will be awarded to incoming or returning students of St. Paul Catholic High School who are residents of Litchfield County. Priority for this scholarship will be given to students who live in Torrington or Winsted. They must show strong academic performance and have financial need. The scholarship is renewable until graduation, without re-applying, as long as all eligibility criteria continue to be met.

Criteria: Any recipient of a St. Paul Catholic High School Kulhowvick Scholarship must be a resident of Litchfield County, with preference given to residents of Torrington and Winsted. The student must demonstrate strong academic performance and must have financial need. 

Deadline: Interested candidate should complete this application and submit it to St. Paul Catholic High School by February 2, 2026. In addition, a tuition assistance application should be submitted to FACTS Grant & Aid. A link to the FACTS Grant & Aid online application is available by clicking the button below. FACTS Grant & Aid is an independent consultant used by St. Paul Catholic High School to evaluate financial need.
