Ladies and Gentlemen,
As summer rapidly approaches, the fall will be here before we know it. It is never too early to start preparing for your next season. I will be leading training sessions that will include weight-lifting, conditioning, and agility training as well dietary guidelines to best prepare you for your upcoming seasons.
These sessions are open to ALL athletes of ANY sport and sessions will be held on SP’s campus Monday through Thursday starting 6/21 from 8am-10am.
Based on weather conditions we will utilize both the gym and outside grass areas. Make sure to bring your own water/Gatorade, appropriate attire, and footwear (preferably both sneakers and cleats).
