 Congratulations and thank you to all of the student athletes who represented St. Paul so well this spring.

The Girls Golf team finished the regular season ranked #2 in Division II and Olivia Dahn and Erin Downes claimed medalist honors at the Girls NVL Invitational.

The Boys claimed the Bristol City Championship and the NVL Championship and finished the regular season ranked #3 in Division III.  Matthew Downes and Brandon Frye earned All NVL Team honors as the number 1 & 2 ranked players in the league.
Brandon Frye was the medalist at the City Champ & Matt Downes ’23 was the medalist at the NVL Champ.
Both teams will participate in their respective State Tournaments next week.  The boys head to Fairview Farms on Tuesday and the girls travel to Timberland CC on Wednesday.

The Girls Lacrosse Team claimed the WCLC Championship in 2OT over Watertown (Emily Walker was named the games MVP and surpassed the 100 goal mark late in the season) and advanced to the Round of 16 in the Class S State Tournament before falling to Granby Memorial. The girls all league selections included Alexis Tierpak, Jocelyn Kennedy, Devin Meurer, Regan Davis and Emily Walker.

The Boys Lacrosse Team finished the regular season with a record of 11-5.  They lost to Watertown HS in the WCLC Championship in a great lacrosse game and fell to Holy Cross in the first round of the Class S State Championship.  Congratulations to the boys all Conference Team selections – Tyson Raymond, Colin Reilly, Erik Suzio, Michael Barzee, Sam Peruta, and Michael Decker.

The Softball Team finished the regular season playing very well (which included an awesome 1-0 victory over Torrington on Senior Day).  They came up one game shy of qualifying for the Class S State Tournament.  All league selections included Lauren Kozlak on the NVL Iron Division Team and Gillian Smith who was selected to the All NVL Team.

The Baseball Team finished the regular season 20-0 and ranked #1 in Class S and #1 in the overall State Rankings.

The team fell to Woodland in the NVL Semi-Finals and to date have advanced to the Class S Tournament Semifinals which will take place at Palmer Field in Middletown on Tuesday night at 7:00pm.

All league selections for the baseball team included Devin Kulas to the All NVL Iron Team and Ryan Daniels, Joey Tonnotti, Casey Cerruto, Mario Izzo, and Brendan Foley as All NVL selections.

The Girls Tennis Team finished the regular season 7-9 and qualified for the NVL and Class S State Tournament.  The girls fell in the first round of the NVL Tournament then claimed victory in their 1st Round State Tournament match over Bolton before losing in the Round of 16.

The Track and Field Team saw some great individual performances at the NVL Championship and the Class S state Championship
